Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes
in Block II, Clive Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of February 1973.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Clive Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

0 0 38 Part Lot 1, D.P. 12408, being part old bed of Ngaruroro River; coloured blue on plan.
0 1 36 Part Lot 3, D.P. 12408, being part old bed of Ngaruroro River and Part Rural Section 34 West Clive; coloured sepia on plan.

0 0 1 Parts Lot 2, D.P. 12408, being part old bed of Ngaruroro River; coloured orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26866 (S.O. 6127) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the generation of electricity.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 11 acres 1 rood 3 perches situated in Block IV, Tongariro Survey District, being part Okahukura 5B; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26867 (S.O. 27047) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes (South Island Main Trunk Railway).

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre and 4.8 perches situated in Block XVIII, Waikari Survey District, adjoining or passing through part Lot 14, D.P. 1879, and part Lot 2, D.P. 1339, being part Rural Section 7538; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 25342 (S.O. 11531) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
