CORRIGENDUM
IN the notice published in the Gazette, 11 January 1973, No. 1, p. 7, of the appointment of Chairman of Waipiata and Invercargill Borstal Parole Boards for the words “Chairman of Waipiata and Invercargill Borstal Parole Boards” read “Member of the Waipiata Borstal Parole Board” which last-mentioned words appear in the original notice signed by His Excellency the Governor-General.

Land Taken for Road, for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road, and for the Purposes of a Water Supply in Block IV, Waimarama Survey District, Patangata County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a water supply, and that the land described in the said First, Second, and Third Schedules hereto shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Patangata as from the date hereinafter-mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of February 1973.
FIRST SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken for Road
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Waimarama Survey District, Patangata County, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

0 1 7.5 Part Kairakau 2C5C3 Block; coloured orange on plan M.O.W. 26710 (S.O. 6157).
0 0 6.1 Part Lot 5, D.P. 10063, being part Kairakau 2C5C3 Block; coloured blue on plan M.O.W. 26710 (S.O. 6157).
SECOND SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Waimarama Survey District, Patangata County, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

0 0 4.5 Part Lot 5, D.P. 10063, being part Kairakau 2C5C3 Block; coloured blue, edged blue, on plan M.O.W. 26710 (S.O. 6157).
0 0 6.4 Part Lot 6, D.P. 10063, being part Kairakau 2C5C3 Block; coloured sepia, edged sepia, on plan M.O.W. 26710 (S.O. 6157).
THIRD SCHEDULE

Land Taken for the Purposes of a Water Supply
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Waimarama Survey District, Patangata County, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

0 0 15.5 Part Kairakau 2C5B Block; coloured blue on plan M.O.W. 26709 (S.O. 6156).
0 0 2.9 Part Kairakau 2C5C3 Block; coloured sepia on plan M.O.W. 26709 (S.O. 6156).
0 0 13.3 Part Kairakau 2C5B Block; coloured blue on plan M.O.W. 26710 (S.O. 6157).
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above-mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of January 1973.
