Zealand, to hold office during pleasure for a term of 3 years
from the 11th day of May 1973.

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs
the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such
land being no longer required for the purpose for which it
was acquired.

Warrant Appointing Conciliation Commissioner Under the
Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954

Pursuant to section 11 of the Industrial Conciliation and
Arbitration Act 1954, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint

Frederick Miroslav Gerbic
to be a Conciliation Commissioner for the purposes of the
said Act as and from the 2nd day of July 1973.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-

Exempting Land in the Westland Land District from the
Operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925

Pursuant to section 171 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, I,
Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, do hereby exempt the land described in the Schedule
hereto from operation of Part III of the said Act.

SECTION 286, Town of Dobson, situated in Block X, Arnold
Survey District: area, 1 rood, more or less, part deeds index
M.S. 289 and all certificate of title, Volume 1A, folio 913,
limited as to parcels (leasehold) (S.O. Roll Plan 2/81).
Save and excepting for Her Majesty the Queen all seams
or beds of coal and all other minerals and metals, and
reserving to Her Majesty the Queen and all other persons
legally entitled to work the said coal, minerals, and metals,
a right of ingress, egress, and regress under the said land.

Lieutenant Commander with effect from 20 April 1973.

Graham David Butler is confirmed in the rank of 2nd Lieutenant with effect from 27 April 1971.
Terence Harry Sargent is confirmed in the rank of 2nd Lieutenant with effect from 4 September 1972.
Roy Neatherway is confirmed in the rank of 2nd Lieutenant with effect from 4 September 1972.
Colin Neil Taylor is confirmed in the rank of 2nd Lieutenant with effect from 6 April 1973.
Desmond Richard Kelly is confirmed in the rank of 2nd Lieutenant with effect from 14 May 1973.
