Crown Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for Maori housing purposes, subject to fencing covenant contained in transfers 278686 and S. 151561.

ALL this piece of land situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, City of Hamilton, described as follows:
