Land Taken for Road in Block III, Te Tumu Survey District, Tauranga County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Dennis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of June 1973.

Revoking a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of Paeroa-Pokeno Railway

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 15th day of April 1939 and published in Gazette, 20 April 1939, Vol. I, p. 1145, and deposited in the Land Registry Office as No. 9923, defining the middle line of the Paeroa-Pokeno Railway in Blocks XIV and XV, Opaheke Survey District, and in Block II, Maramarua Survey District, in so far as it affects land in the North Auckland Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of June 1973.
