Approval of Red Reflectors for Motor Vehicles (Other than
Heavy Goods Service Vehicles) in Terms of Traffic
Regulations 1956.

PURSUANT to regulation 49 (1) of the Traffic Regulations
1956*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves, for the
purpose of regulation 41 (2) of the said regulations, red
reflectors of the make and type described in the Schedule
hereto.

SCHEDULE
TAIL lamp assemblies incorporating reflex red reflectors bearing
the following identification: β€œSAE STB 71 AVR” and
fitted as standard equipment to Chrysler Valiant Ranger
motor vehicles.

Licensing Waitemata County Council to Occupy a Site for
a Wharf at Paremoremo, Waitemata Harbour

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I,
Grant Stewart Ellis Milne, of the Ministry of Transport,
acting under a delegation authorised by the Minister of
Transport pursuant to section 9 of the Ministry of Transport
Act 1968, hereby license and permit the Waitemata
County Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term
shall include its successors or assigns unless the context
requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part
of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Paremoremo,
Waitemata Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 14981
and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport
at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a
wharf as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held
and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms
and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations
1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall,
so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the
1st day of June 1973.

(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be
ten cents (10c) payable on demand.

Licensing L. F. Barney and N. V. Barney to Occupy a Site
for a Wharf at Vivian Bay, Kawau Island

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Grant
Stewart Ellis Milne, of the Ministry of Transport, acting
under a delegation authorised by the Minister of Transport
pursuant to section 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act
1968, hereby license and permit Lynal Frank Barney and
Norma Violet Barney (hereinafter called the licensees which
term shall include their administrators, executors, or assigns
unless the context requires a different construction) to use
and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea
at Vivian Bay, Kawau Island, as shown on plan marked
M.D. 14917 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of
Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining
thereon a wharf as shown on the said plan, such licence
to be held and enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject
to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations
1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the
1st day of June 1973.

(3) The premium payable by the licensees shall be
ten dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the
licensees shall be twenty dollars ($20); provided always
that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at
the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said
term.

Licensing G. E. Saunders and R. D. Saunders to Occupy a
Site for Boat-building Stagings in Paremata Harbour

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Grant
Stewart Ellis Milne, of the Ministry of Transport, acting
under a delegation authorised by the Minister of Transport
pursuant to section 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968,
hereby license and permit George Eric Saunders and Reginald
Dennis Saunders (hereinafter called the licensees, which term
shall include their administrators, executors, or assigns unless
the context requires a different construction) to use and
occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea in
Paremata Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11863
and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport
at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon boat-
building stagings as shown on the said plan, such licence
to be held and enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject
to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations
1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall,
so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 1 year from the
1st day of April 1973.

(3) The premium payable by the licensees shall be
six dollars ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the
licensees shall be twenty dollars ($20).

Licensing A. F. Ward to Occupy a Site for a Slipway at
Makara Beach

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Grant
Stewart Ellis Milne, of the Ministry of Transport, acting under
a delegation authorised by the Minister of Transport pursuant
to section 9 of the Ministry of Transport Act 1968, hereby
license and permit Albert Francis Ward (hereinafter called
the licensee, which term shall include his administrators,
executors, or assigns unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore
and bed of the sea at Makara Beach, as shown on plan
marked M.D. 14767 and deposited in the office of the
Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the purpose of
maintaining thereon a slipway as shown on the said plan,
such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon
and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the
Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations
1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall,
so far as applicable, apply hereto.

(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the
1st day of July 1973.
