Portions of Street at Greymouth Taken for the Purposes of
the Midland Railway

Pursuant to sections 32 and 216 of the Public Works Act
1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient
agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the
purposes of the Midland Railway from and after the
18th day of June 1973.

ALL that piece of land described as follows:

Being
0 1 25.6 Part Mount Street.
(1659 m²)
Situated in Block XII, Greymouth Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked L.O. 21496 (S.O. 5280) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured
green, edged green.
Dated at Wellington this 12th day of June 1973.

Cancellation of a Licence to Use Water for the Purpose of
Generating Electricity

Pursuant to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of
Electricity, with the consent of the licensee, hereby cancels
a licence dated the 17th day of August 1955 authorising
John Chartres, sheep farmer, to use water for the purpose
of generating electricity. (Gazette, 18 August 1955, p. 1300.)

Cancellation of a Licence to Use Water for the Purpose of

Pursuant to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of

a licence dated the 10th day of February 1960 authorising
John Henry Crockford and Mary Elizabeth Crockford, sheep
farmers, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity.
