Amending Notice Declaring Land Taken for Railway Purposes
in the Wairoa Borough

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Government
Railways Act 1949, the Minister of Railways hereby declares
that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken,
subject as to Lot 19 to the building-line restrictions imposed
by memorandum of acceptance 175862 and special order
175863, and as to Lot 20 to the building-line restriction
imposed by special order 175863, for railway purposes. This
declaration shall take effect from and after the 20th day of
December 1965, and the notice dated the 9th day of December
1965, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 16 December
1965, No. 76, p. 2230, is hereby revoked.
