ALL that area situated in Humboldt and Humboldtside Survey Districts, Lake County, containing 1,600 acres, more or less, commencing at a point on the left bank of the Pyke River and the northern boundary of Run 473; thence generally easterly and southerly along the northern and eastern boundaries of that run to the intersection of the provisional State forest as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1967, p. 407; thence generally northerly along that boundary to the ridge dividing the watersheds of the Olivine Branch of the Forgotten River, and the Pyke River; thence north-westerly down that leading ridge and its continuation to the left bank of the Forgotten River; thence generally westerly and southerly along that bank and the left bank of the Pyke River to the point of commencement; as the same is part of provisional State forest described in Gazette, 1967, p. 407.

Temporary Judge of the Compensation Court Appointed

PURSUANT to section 43 of the Workers’ Compensation Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General hereby appoints Archibald Patrick Blair, Esquire

Judge of the Court of Arbitration and present Judge of the Compensation Court, to be Judge of the Compensation Court for the period commencing on the 1st day of February 1973 and ending on the 31st day of January 1974.
