Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid out in Block IV, Ahipara Survey District, Mangonui County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 8th day of June 1972 to be road, and to be vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Mangonui.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Ahipara Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 0 8 Part Te Awapatiki Block.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26857 (M.L. 14817) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red, edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of January 1973.

Declaring Land in the South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WAITOMO COUNTY
Lot 1, D.P. 33795, being part Section 7, Block II, Otanake Survey District: area, 3 roods and 27.8 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 875, folio 287.
Lot 1, D.P. S. 1951, being part Section 7, Block II, Otanake Survey District: area, 39.2 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 1076, folio 167.

Adding Land to the Fiordland National Park

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 20th day of December 1972

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of Fiordland National Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with by the Fiordland National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.
