Crown Land Set Apart for Buildings of the General Government in Block IV, Maramarua Survey District, Waikato County

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for buildings of the General Government from and after the 29th day of January 1973.

Portion of Public Reserve Taken for the Purposes of the Tourist and Publicity Department Act 1963 (National Film Unit Studios) in the City of Lower Hutt

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Tourist and Publicity Department Act 1963 (National Film Unit Studios) from and after the 29th day of January 1973.
