of an application by IVORY BROTHERS LIMITED, a duly
incorporated company having its registered office at Petone
and carrying on business as a holding company, for
confirmation of a reduction of its share capital:
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme
Court of New Zealand dated the 16th day of April 1973
confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named
company from $224,000.00 to $50,000.00 and the minute
approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital
of the company as altered, the several particulars required
by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar
of Companies on the 11th day of May 1973.
The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The capital of Ivory Brothers Limited henceforth is
$50,000.00 divided into 25,000 fully paid ordinary shares
of $2.00 each having been reduced from $224,000.00 divided
into 112,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $2.00 each.”
