IN THE MATTER of section 33 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and IN THE MATTER of a proposed variation of a trust presently held by the AUCKLAND METROPOLITAN FIRE BOARD for a charitable purpose:

TAKE notice that the AUCKLAND METROPOLITAN FIRE BOARD, as trustees of the trust known as “The Jones Trust Fund”, has applied to the Supreme Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 35 (2) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, for an order approving the proposal that the above-mentioned trust as at present constituted should be varied by deleting reference to £10.0.0d., being the maximum amount of any one donation from the fund, and substituting therefor reference to $100.00.

The date proposed for the hearing of the above-mentioned application by the Court is Friday, the 22nd day of June 1973.

Any person desiring to oppose the proposal is required to give written notice of his intention to do so to the Registrar and the trustees and the Attorney-General not less than 7 clear days before the aforementioned date of hearing.
