Amending Limits of Queen Charlotte Sound Pilotage District
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
PURSUANT to section 211 of the Harbours Act 1950, I,
Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby amend the notice of 16 June 1972 defining
the limits of Queen Charlotte Sound and Pelorus Sound
Pilotage Districts by deleting “and a straight line drawn
in a 070° direction from high water-mark on West Head
to high water-mark on East Head of Tory Channel” and
substituting* the words “and a circle of radius 1 mile centred
on West Head light, Tory Channel”.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General this 19th day of April 1973.

Crown Land Set Apart for the Generation of Electricity in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, and Block III, Titirangi Survey District, Waitemata County, and Previous Notice Revoked
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Acts Inter-
pretation Act 1924, the Minister of Works hereby revokes
the notice dated the 18th day of May 1972 and published in
Gazette, 25 May 1972, No. 43, at page 1111, setting apart
Crown land for the generation of electricity in Block XIV,
Waitemata Survey District, and Block III, Titirangi Survey
District, Waitemata County, and, pursuant to section 25 of the
Public Works Act 1928, hereby declares the land in the
Schedule hereto to be set apart, subject as to the land secondly
described, to the building-line restriction imposed by K40994,
for the generation of electricity from and after the 7th day
of May 1973.
