Land Proclaimed as Road and Land Taken and Vested in
Block XIII, Kawakawa Survey District, Bay of Islands
County
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the
land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall
vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the
County of Bay of Islands, and also hereby takes the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of
subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the
said land shall, when so taken, vest in Ngawhitu Limited, at
Auckland, a duly registered company, subject to memoranda
of mortgage A137824 and A494586, North Auckland Land
