PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
   Notice Whangarei 1973, No. 1.
2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
   hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described
   in the Second Schedule hereto.
3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
   hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act

   PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
   Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
   NOTICE

5. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
   Notice Whangarei 1973, No. 2.
6. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
   hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described
   in the Second Schedule hereto.
7. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
   hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act

8. PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
   Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the
   Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the building-
   line restriction contained in special order Z. 156554, subject
   to the drainage rights reserved by transfer 172371, and subject
   to the Land Act 1948, as from the 26th day of February
