The Traffic (Kawakawa Town District) Notice No. 1, 1973
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962 the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Kawakawa Town District) Notice No. 1, 1973.
-
The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
-
The Traffic (Kawakawa Town District) Notice 1967, dated the 28th day of August 1967, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, which relates to Kawakawa Town District is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within the Kawakawa Town District:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) (from the northern boundary of Kawakawa Town District to a point 16 chains measured south-easterly generally along the said highway from the said boundary and from a point 3 chains measured southerly generally along the said highway from Macfarlane Street to the eastern boundary of Kawakawa Town District).
Hospital Road (from a point 4 chains measured southerly generally along the said road from Smeaths Road to the southern boundary of Kawakawa Town District).
Mill Road (from a point 16 chains measured southerly generally along the said road from Boswell Road to the western boundary of Kawakawa Town District).
Noyes Road (from the southern boundary of Kawakawa Town District to Sub Station Road).
Sub Station Road.

Seddon High School Board of Governors Notice 1973
PURSUANT to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- (1) This notice may be cited as the Seddon High School Board of Governors Notice 1973.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1973.
- The Board of Governors of the school formerly known as Seddon Memorial Technical College, and now known as Seddon High School, shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education Board;
(b) Five members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school;
(c) One member appointed by the Board of Governors of the Auckland Technical Institute;
(d) One member appointed by the Seddon High School Past Students' Association;
(e) One member appointed by the associations of employers in local industries;
(f) One member appointed by the associations of employees in local industries;
(g) One member to be co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.
- This notice is in substitution for the Seddon Memorial Technical College Board of Managers Order 1964*.

Onehunga High School Board of Governors Notice 1973
PURSUANT to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- (1) This notice may be cited as the Onehunga High School Board of Governors Notice 1973.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1973.
- The Board of Governors of the Onehunga High School shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education Board;
(b) Seven members elected by the parents of pupils attending the school;
(c) One member appointed by the Onehunga Borough Council;
(d) One member elected by the members of the school committee of Manukau Intermediate School;
(e) One member co-opted by the Board itself, if and when it thinks fit.
- This notice is in substitution for the Onehunga Post-Primary School Board of Governors Order 1958*.
