Daily Bag Limits

Grey duck, 15.
Shoveler (or spoonbill), 15.
Mallard duck, 15.
Paradise duck, 6.
Grey, shoveler (or spoonbill),
mallard, and paradise duck,
15 in all.
Shooting hours: 6.15 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
Decoy limit: 10.

Special Conditions

Persons holding valid game shooting licences for the
Waimarino Acclimatisation District may, without taking out
a further game licence, shoot in the following areas that lie
within the Rotorua Acclimatisation District:

(a) On the waters or from the banks of those portions
of the Wanganui River and its tributaries;

(b) On the Otamangakau Lake and its watershed including
the Wairehu Canal upstream of the fish screens.

The conditions prescribed in the notification in respect of the
Rotorua Acclimatisation District shall apply to these areas.

Wanganui Acclimatisation District

Acclimatisation Districts to
the middle of the Turakina
River, thence down the
middle of that river to the
Wanganui-Hunterville Road,
thence along the middle of
that road to the middle of
the Whangaehu River, thence
up the middle of that river
to its junction with the
Mangawhero River, thence
up the middle of that river
to its junction with the
Rangitatau Stream).

kakariki)
