Declaration of Twin Tyred Axles

PURSUANT to regulation 2 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby declares that the axles described in the Schedule hereto are twin-tyred axles for the purposes of the said regulations.

SCHEDULE
AXLES that are equipped with two or more tyres of:
(a) Thirteen inch in diameter, having a rim size of 24 in. or greater; or
(b) Fourteen inch in diameter or greater, having a rim size of 20 in. or greater
and in either case having a tyre inflation pressure not exceeding 60 pounds per sq. in.

The Road Classification (Franklin County) Notice No. 1, 1973

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Franklin County) Notice No. 1, 1973.
  2. The Franklin County Council's proposed classification of the road as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
  3. So much of the notice dated the 13th day of May 1954 which relates to the classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Maori Land Development Notice

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1973, No. 42.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

PURSUANT to sections 330 and 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Palmerston North 1973, No. 3.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked, being replaced to the extent necessary by Maori Land Development Notice Palmerston North 1973, No. 4.
  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
