Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drugs

Pursuant to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drugs set out in the Schedule hereto.

The Feilding Agricultural High School Board of Governors Notice 1973

Pursuant to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Feilding Agricultural High School Board of Governors Notice 1973.
   (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1974.

2. The constitution of the Board of Governors for Feilding Agricultural High School, established in accordance with the Regulations for Manual and Technical Instruction*, is hereby varied so that the Board shall consist of:
   (a) One member appointed by the Wanganui Education Board;
   (b) Six members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school;
   (c) One member appointed by the Feilding Borough Council;
   (d) One member elected jointly by the Manawatu County Council, the Kiwitea County Council, the Oroua County Council, the Kairanga County Council, and the Pohangina County Council;
   (e) Two members to be co-opted by the Board of Governors itself if and when it thinks fit.

North Auckland Electric Power Board Electricity Supply Licence 1972, Amendment No. 1

Pursuant to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby amends the North Auckland Electric Power Board Electricity Supply Licence 1972*, by adding to the Second Schedule thereto the following clause:
“(3) Electric lines for the transmission only of electrical energy through the area of supply of the Whangarei City Council commencing at the New Zealand Electricity Department’s substation, Stanley Street, Kensington, and running northwards along Stanley Street, eastwards along Percy Street and Kamo Road into Moody Avenue, thence via a public reserve and across the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway line, eastwards along Curtis Street, northwards along King Street and via McLean Street to the Board’s Tikipunga substation; as the said lines are shown by means of blue lines on the plan marked NZED 885 deposited as aforesaid.”

The Taumarunui Borough Council Electric Lines Licence 1963, Amendment No. 2

Pursuant to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby amends the Taumarunui Borough Council Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1963* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order) by adding to the Second Schedule thereto the following clause:
“(4) A line commencing at a point in Hakiaka Street on the western boundary of the Council’s licensed area of supply and proceeding in a south-westerly direction across the Ongarue River to the intersection of State Highway 4 and Kurarau Road; thence (a) in a north-easterly direction for 4.5 chains along State Highway 4 for the purpose of supplying street lights, and; (b) in a southerly direction for the purpose of supplying a joinery factory situated in section NZE3G1A.

“All being situated in Block II, Piopiotea West Survey District. The said lines being more particularly shown on the plan marked NZED 883 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.”
