Change of the Purpose of a Reserve to Scenic Purposes
and Addition of the Reserve to the Wanganui River
Scenic Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve
described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for public
buildings to a reserve for scenic purposes and further,
declares the said reserve to form part of the Wanganui
River Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve
by the Wanganui River Scenic Board.

Declaration That the Halswell Domain Shall be a Recreation
Reserve and Vesting in the Paparua County Council
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Halswell Domain
described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject
to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains
Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve
subject to Part II of the said Act; and further, pursuant
to the said Act, vests the said reserve in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Paparua, in
trust, for recreation purposes.

Declaration That Part of the Taihape Domain Shall be a
Recreation Reserve, and Revocation of the Reservation
Over the said Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the
Taihape Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease
to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves
and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a
recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act and,
further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over
the said reserve.
