PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 26) 1973.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. -
Goods of the class specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff item in the Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

PURSUANT to section 10E of the Tariff and Development Board Act 1961, and to the provisions of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

(i) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Temporary Restriction Notice (No. 5) 1973.
(ii) This notice shall come into force on the 11th day of January 1974. -
Until the expiry of this notice, pursuant to section 10E of the Tariff and Development Board Act 1961, or its earlier revocation, the item
Ex 84.08.200 Marine jet units, for the propulsion of vessels, whether or not mounted on motors
in the First Schedule to the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 1) 1972 is hereby suspended.
- This restriction notice does not apply to these goods when imported from and being the manufacture of Australia.

This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This notice continues the temporary restriction placed on the above-mentioned goods as notified in the New Zealand Gazette of 11 January 1973.
Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 27) 1973
PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 27) 1973.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. -
Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirements of a licence under the said regulations.

The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exemption notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.
