Portion of Road at Tui Taken for the Purposes of the Nelson-Glenhope Railway

Pursuant to sections 32 and 216 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Nelson-Glenhope Railway from and after the 10th day of December 1973.

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Gisborne 1973, No. 17.
