PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. (a) This order may be cited as the Waihemo Hydatids Control District Order 1973.
   (b) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

2. The area comprising the County of Waihemo, as from time to time constituted, is hereby declared to be an hydatids control district to be called the Waihemo Hydatids Control District.

3. The Waihemo County Council is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Waihemo Hydatids Control District.
