Lismore-Mayfield Road (from a point 320 metres measured north-westerly generally along the said road from the No. 72 State Highway (Woodend-Winchester) to a point 400 metres measured south-easterly generally along the said road from the said highway).

The Traffic (Dunedin City) Notice No. 1, 1973
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
N O T I C E

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Dunedin City) Notice No. 1, 1973.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

The Traffic (Dunedin City) Notice No. 25, 1966, dated the 26th day of April 1966†, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to Dunedin - Port Chalmers roads in Dunedin City is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Dunedin City:
No. 88 State Highway (Dunedin - Port Chalmers) (from a point 240 metres measured easterly generally along the said highway from Leander Street to a point 470 metres measured westerly generally along the said highway from Tekapo Street; and from a point 300 metres measured north-easterly generally along the said highway from Jessie Street to the northern boundary of Dunedin City.)
SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Dunedin City:
No. 88 State Highway (Dunedin - Port Chalmers) (from a point 240 metres measured easterly generally along the said highway from Leander Street to a point 470 metres measured westerly generally along the said highway from Tekapo Street; and from Ruru Avenue extension to a point opposite the main entrance to the St. Leonards Railway Station).

The Motor Launch (Tata Bay) Notice 1973—Golden Bay County Council
PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962*, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch (Tata Bay) Notice 1973.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette, and shall remain in force until further notice.
- Subject to the conditions set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, regulations 11 and 12 of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 shall not apply to the area described in the First Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that area of water in Tata Bay bounded on the sides by parallel lines 150 yd apart, extending on a bearing of 306° true direction 200 yd from the edge of the water, the north-western boundary being 50 yd north-easterly from the Tarakohe sea anglers’ ramp.
SECOND SCHEDULE
THE access lane shall be marked as follows:

Two 8 ft transit posts with a distance of not less than 10 ft or more than 20 ft between, and painted with 12 in. bright orange and black bands, shall be erected on land in line with each side of the access lane, the first post being sited on high-water mark.

On each of the transit posts sited on high-water mark there shall be fastened in line with the sides of the access lane a notice board measuring not less than 2 ft 6 in. by 2 ft painted bright orange with black lettering in the following form:
“NOTICE
MOTOR LAUNCH REGULATIONS 1962
Access lane through which motor launches and water skiers may pass at speeds greater than 5 miles per hour.
BATHERS KEEP OUT”
- Marker buoys either barrel, drum, or spherical shaped, painted bright orange with a vertical black stripe, shall be moored 50 yd apart and in line with each set of transit posts, the first buoy being 50 yd from the water’s edge.

The Traffic (Upper Hutt City) Notice No. 2, 1973
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
N O T I C E

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Upper Hutt City) Notice No. 2, 1973.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

The Traffic (Upper Hutt City) Notice No. 1, 1973, dated the 2nd day of April 1973† under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to roads in Upper Hutt City is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Upper Hutt City:
With the exception of the roads described in the Second Schedule hereto, the roads in all that area bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the south-eastern side of Lane Street with the northern side of Wallaceville Road; thence easterly generally along that roadside to the western boundary of the Wallaceville Cemetery; thence northerly generally by a right line to a point on the centre line of the Wellington-Masterton-Woodville Railway due south of the intersection of the south-eastern side of No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) and the south-western side of Montgomery Crescent; thence north-easterly generally along the said railway centre-line to the western portal of the Maoribank Railway Tunnel; thence north-westerly generally by a right line to a point on the southern side of No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) 450 metres measured north-easterly generally along the said highway from Akatarawa Road; thence across the said highway at right angles to its southern side to its northern side; thence northerly generally by a right line to a point on the northern side of Gillespies Road, 780 metres measured easterly generally along the said road from Akatawara Road; thence easterly generally by a right line to a point on the western side of Akatawara Road, 140 metres measured northerly generally along the said road from
