Change of the Name of Everett Road Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Scenic Reserve described in the Schedule hereto and known as the Everett Road Scenic Reserve shall hereafter be known as the Everett Park Scenic Reserve.

Declaration that Part of the Naseby Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that part of the Naseby Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation and thermal springs over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that parcel of land in the Katrine Survey District, Provincial District of Canterbury, containing 100 acres, more or less, being part of Reserve No. 869 (in red). Bounded—northward by the Hurunui River, about 3,500 links; westward by a true north and south line, 2,850 links; southward by a true east and west line, 3,500 links; and eastward by a line parallel to the western boundary, 2,870 links; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; and numbered 2629 (in red) on the official map in the Survey Office, Christchurch.
