Declaring Land Taken in the City of Lower Hutt for the Proper Development and Use Thereof in Accordance with the Operative District Scheme of the Council for Uses Permitted in the Commercial “B” Zone Under the Code of Ordinances

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the proper development and use thereof in accordance with the Operative District Scheme of the Council for uses permitted in a Commercial “B” Zone under the code of ordinances and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt from and after the 15th day of January 1973.
