PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the Declaration dated 24 July 1972 and published in Gazette, 3 August 1972, No. 61, p. 1589, taking land for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington, and declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway from and after the 15th day of January 1973.
