Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 37) 1972
PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 37) 1972.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. -
Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto,
imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said
regulations. -
The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second
Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.

The Wairarapa Electric Power Board Water Power and
Electric Lines Licence 1964, Amendment No. 3
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby amends the Wairarapa Electric Power Board Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1964*, as amended by the Wairarapa Electric Power Board Water Power and Electric Lines Licence, Amendment No. 1 (Gazette, 7 May 1970, p. 802), and the Wairarapa Electric Power Board Water Power and Electric Lines Licence, Amendment No. 2 (Gazette, 23 September 1971, p. 1974), by revoking clause 7 thereof and substituting the following:
"7. The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) (f) (h) and (j) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967. The system of supply authorised under paragraph (j) aforesaid shall be a single-conductor earth-return system of 11,000 volts between conductor and earth, and the use thereof shall be subject to such terms and conditions as are from time to time laid down by the General Manager of the New Zealand Electricity Department."
