PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road
from and after the 4th day of December 1972.

Notice Revoking the Notice Declaring the Borough of Dargaville an Inspected Meat Area and Redefining the Whangarei Abattoir District (Notice No. 397 Ag. 20002A)
PURSUANT to section 7 (3) of the Meat Act 1964, the notice
No. 8205 dated July 8 1965 declaring the Borough of
Dargaville to be an inspected meat area is hereby revoked.
Pursuant to section 15 of the Meat Act 1964 notice is
hereby given as follows:
(1) The notice No. Ag. 10492 dated September 10 1969†
redefining the area of the Whangarei Abattoir District
is hereby revoked.
(2) The Whangarei Abattoir District shall henceforth comprise the districts, as constituted from time to time,
of the following local authorities:
(a) Whangarei City Council
(b) Dargaville Borough Council
(c) Hikurangi Town Council
(d) Whangarei County Council
(e) Otamatea County Council
(f) Hobson County Council
(3) Whangarei Abattoir Company (1972) Ltd. shall be
the controlling authority of the Whangarei Abattoir.
