A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as limited access road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

All those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Tapapa Survey District, described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of December 1972.

South Auckland Land District
All that piece of land containing 1 rood and 4.5 perches, being part Section 16, Block XV, Punju Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26360 (S.O. 45618) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Rotorua, Waimarino, and Wanganui Acclimatisation Districts Alteration Order 1972

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 20th day of November 1972
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Wildlife Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
- (1) This order may be cited as the Rotorua, Waimarino, and Wanganui Acclimatisation Districts Alteration Order 1972.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of notification in the Gazette. - The boundaries of the Rotorua Acclimatisation District which was constituted by Warrant on the 19th day of August 1964 (New Zealand Gazette of 20 August 1964, at p. 1323), the boundaries of Waimarino Acclimatisation District constituted by Warrant on the 21st day of October 1964 (New Zealand Gazette of 5 November 1964, at p. 2013), and the boundaries of the Wanganui Acclimatisation District constituted by Warrant on the 21st day of October 1964 (New Zealand Gazette of 5 November 1964, at p. 2013), are hereby altered and redefined and as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said districts shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
Rotorua Acclimatisation District
All that area in the South Auckland, Gisborne, Wellington, and Hawke's Bay Land Districts, bounded by a line commencing at the middle of the mouth of the Mohaka River in Block XIII, Waihua Survey District, and proceeding up the middle of that river to a point in line with Trig. Station 68A in Block XIII, Kaweka Survey District, and Trig. Station 65A in Block XXI, Kaweka Survey District; thence southerly along a right line to the said Trig. Station 65A; thence westerly along right lines to Trig. Station 26, Tauwheketewhango, in Block XII, Mangamaire Survey District, to Trig. Station 27 Motumatai, in Block XV, Mangamaire Survey District, to Trig. Station 28 Manukaiapu, in Block XVI, Kaimanawa Survey District, to Trig. Station N Ruapehu, in Block XI, Ruapehu Survey District, to Trig. Station H Paretetaitonga, in Block XI, Ruapehu Survey District, and to Trig. Station C Hauhungatahi, in Block V, Ruapehu Survey District; thence northerly along a right line to a point in the middle of the Whakapapa River distant 200 metres down stream from the Whakapapa-Mangatepopo Tunnel Intake in Block IX, Tongariro Survey District, along a right line to a point in the middle of the Okupata Stream distant 200 metres down stream from the Okupata drop-shaft of the aforesaid tunnel in Block VII, Tongariro Survey District, down the middle of the Okupata Stream to the middle of the Wanganui River and up the middle of that river to a point in line with the western boundary of Waione Block in Block XIV, Maungaku Survey District; thence northerly to and along that boundary to Trig. Station 1545 Maungaku, in Block X, Maungaku Survey District; thence northerly along the summit of the Hauhungaroa Range passing through Trig. Stations, 1711 Hauhungaroa, in Block XIV, Puketapu Survey District, Motere, in Block V, Puketapu Survey District, 2019 Tuhingamata, in Block II, Puketapu Survey District, and 2016, Weraroa, in Block XI, Hurakia Survey District, to Trig Station 1390 Pureora, in Block III, Hurakia Survey District; thence north-westerly along a right line to Pukeroa Trig. Station in Block XIV, Ranginui Survey District; thence north-easterly along the watershed between
