A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of December 1972.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2.4 perches being part Section 247, situated in Block XI, Patetere North Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26726 (S.O. 44525) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of November 1972.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of pleasure grounds and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hawke's Bay as from the date hereinafter-mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of December 1972.
