NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 3rd day of October 1972, presented to the said court by ANTHONY THOMAS MURPHY, of Christchurch, bricklayer. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Christchurch on the 3rd day of November 1972, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

MANUKAU CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and its amendments and of the Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments:
Notice is hereby given that the Manukau City Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely the construction of street between Te Rakau Drive and Harris Road: And for that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public offices of the Manukau City Council at Hill Road, Manurewa, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during the ordinary office hours.
Every person affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land is called upon to set forth in writing any objections he may wish to make to the execution of the said work or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection as to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send such written objection within forty (40) days of the first publication of this notice to the Manukau City Council, Private Bag, Manurewa.
If any such objection is made a public hearing of the objector will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing. At the hearing of any objection the objector shall be advised of the reasons for the proposed taking.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928:
Notice is hereby given that the Auckland City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute a certain public work, namely, street widening in the City of Auckland, and for the purpose of such public work the fee simple estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land in respect of which the interest above-described is so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Planning Department, Auckland City Council, Civic Administration Building, Cook Street, Auckland, and is open for public inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.
Every person affected who wishes to make any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land (not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation) must state his objection in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk, Auckland City Council, Civic Administration Building, Cook Street, Auckland.

ALL the fee simple estate of that piece of land containing 1.1 perches, more or less, being Lot 1, shown coloured red on a plan lodged with the Town Planning Department, Auckland City Council, under number 28/331, being part of Lot 3, Deposited Plan 29286, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 816, folio 6, North Auckland Land Registry. The land is situated at 300 Riddell Road, Auckland.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely the construction of a road and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken and the portions of the road described in the Second Schedule hereto are required to be stopped. And notice is further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken and the portions of the road required to be stopped is deposited in the office of the Tauranga County Council, Barke’s Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, and is there open for inspection, that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land or by the stopping of the said portions of road should if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land or by the stopping of the said portions of road, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Tauranga County Council at Tauranga, and that, if any objection is made in
