NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928:

Notice is hereby given that the Matamata County Council
proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to
take the land described in the First Schedule hereto for road,
and to take the land described in the Second Schedule hereto
for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road. And notice
is hereby further given that plans showing the land proposed
to be taken are deposited in the public office of Matamata
County Council at Tirau, and are there open for inspection.
All persons affected by the taking of the said land who have
any objections thereto (not being an objection to the amount
or payment of compensation) should state their objections in
writing and lodge the same at the office of the Matamata

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council
proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the con-
struction of a public road for which purpose the land
described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the
Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.

A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid lies
open to public inspection at the office of the Council in Bank
Street, Te Awamutu.

Every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth in
writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution
of such work or to the taking of such land, not being an
objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to
send such written objection to the Waipa County Council
within 40 days from the first publication of this notice. A
public hearing of the objection will be held unless the ob-
jector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, the Municipal
Corporations Act 1954, and their respective amendments:

Notice is hereby given that the Wellington City Council
proposes under the provisions of the above-named Acts and
all other Acts powers and authorities enabling it in that
behalf, to execute a certain public work, namely, in connec-
tion with electricity supply purposes in the City of Wellington
and for the purpose of that public work the land described
in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken: And notice
is hereby further given that a plan of the land which is
required to be taken is deposited at the public office of the
Town Clerk to the said Council in the Municipal Office
Building, Mercer Street, and is there open for inspection,
without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours, and
that any person affected by the execution of the said public
work or the taking of the said land should, if he has any
objection to the execution of the said public work, or to
the taking of the said land, not being an objection to amount
or payment of compensation, sent his written objection within
40 days from the first publication of this notice to the Town
Clerk at his said office; And notice is hereby further given
that if any objection is made as aforesaid a public hearing
