NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 20th day of September 1972, presented to the said Court by CREDIT SERVICES INVESTMENTS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington and carrying on business there as a finance company. and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 15th day of November 1972, at 10 o'clock in the afternoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for an order that JOHN FREDERICK KENNEDY WOODBRIDGE do purchase from the petitioner, JOHN FREDERICK WOODBRIDGE, 250 shares in the capital of INSULATION AND ACOUSTICS SUPPLIES LIMITED (hereinafter called “the company”) at a value to be fixed by the President of the New Zealand Society of Accountants or some person nominated by him and for an order that John Frederick Kennedy Woodbridge do pay to the petitioner such sum as shall represent the difference between the price at which the petitioner could have purchased in November 1968 the shares which should have been offered to him as set out in clause 8 of the petition and the present value of those shares determined as aforesaid and for such other order as shall be just and for an order as to costs was presented to the Supreme Court on the 23rd day of March 1972 and that an amended petition was presented to the Supreme Court on the 6th day of October 1972 by John Frederick Woodbridge, of Wellington, company director. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 15th day of November 1972, at 10.00 in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for an order that the majority shareholders in INSULATION SERVICES LIMITED (hereinafter called “the company”) do purchase from the petitioner, JOHN FREDERICK WOODBRIDGE, 2,000 shares in the capital of the company at a value to be fixed by the President of the New Zealand Society of Accountants or some person nominated by him such valuation to be made on the basis of the value of the shares as revealed by the balance sheet of the company as at 31 March 1971 adjusted (a) by reducing the maintenance reserve in the Tui Brewery Contract to $450 and; (b) by writing back into the company's trading accounts the amounts which had been paid to Insulation and Acoustics Supplies Limited over and above such amounts as would have been expended by the company in employing its own labour and purchasing materials on its own account at trade rates. And on the assumption that the activity of the company and its net profit was maintained at the same level as revealed by the balance sheet as at 31 March 1971 so adjusted or for such other order as shall be just and for an order that the company or JOHN FREDERICK KENNEDY WOODBRIDGE pay the petitioner's costs was presented to the Supreme Court on the 23rd day of March 1972 and that an amended petition was presented to the Supreme Court on the 6th day of October 1972 by John Frederick Woodbridge, of Wellington, company director. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 15th day of November 1972, at 10.00 in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
