Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First
Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release that
land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives
notice as follows.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
Notice Rotorua 1972, No. 20. - The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby revoked. - The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953.

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First
Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellation of that land
has been changed by subsequent orders of the Maori Land
Court; and whereas certain parcels of land have since been
released from the provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid; and
whereas it is desired to release the balance of the said land
from the provisions of Part XXIV, aforesaid:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as
follows.
NOTICE - This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
Notice Gisborne 1972, No. 45. - The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953. - The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby revoked.
