The Road Classification (Piako County) Notice No. 3, 1972
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the
following notice.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
    (Piako County) Notice No. 3, 1972.
  2. The Piako County Council's proposed classification of the
    roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
  3. So much of the notice dated the 26th day of January 1959
    as relates to the classification of the roads described in
    the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
    SCHEDULE
    PIAKO COUNTY
    Roads Classified in Class Two
    FIRST Avenue (from the No. 26 State Highway (Hamilton-
    Kopu) to its junction with Campbell Street and Ngutumanga
    Road).
    Ngutumanga Road (from Campbell Street to Factory Road).
    Factory Road.

The Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 4,
1972
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle
Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives
the following notice.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
    (National Roads Board) Notice No. 4, 1972.
  2. It is hereby declared, as required by the National Roads
    Board, that the State highway as set out in the Schedule hereto
    shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule.
  3. So much of the notice dated the 8th day of June 1965+
    as relates to the classification of the road described in the
    Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
    SCHEDULE
    Road Classified in Class Two
    No. 43 State Highway (Stratford-Ohura) (from Head Road to
    Tatu Junction).

hereto has been acquired, under the Forests Act 1949, as
permanent State forest land.

Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS, by virtue of the notice referred to in the First
Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared
to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release that land
from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as
follows.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
    Notice Wanganui 1972, No. 4.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
    hereby revoked.
  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
    hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the
    Maori Affairs Act 1953.
