Revocations of Appointments of Officers Authorised to Take and Receive Statutory Declarations

Pursuant to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957, His Excellency the Governor-General has revoked the appointment of the holders for the time being of the offices in the service of the Crown specified in the Schedule below to take and receive Statutory Declarations under the said Act.

The Road Classification (Bruce County) Notice No. 1, 1972

Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Bruce County) Notice No. 1, 1972.

  2. The Bruce County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

  3. So much of the notice dated the 23rd day of December 1950† and as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

BRUCE COUNTY

Roads Classified in Class One

BENHAR ROAD from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to McSkimming Industries Ltd.’s works at Benhar Railway.

Stirling Road from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) to the No. 91 State Highway (Balclutha-Kaitangata).

Port Street (Stirling) from Stirling Road to railway yard.

Un-named street (Stirling) from the No. 91 State Highway (Balclutha-Kaitangata) to Port Street.

Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Southland County) Notice No. 1, 1972.

  2. The Southland County Council’s proposed classification of the road as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved,

  3. So much of the notice dated the 28th day of September 1965† as relates to the classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

The notices dated the 7th day of June 1950, 24th day of May 1951, 18th day of November 1953, 5th day of August 1955, 14th day of October 1955, 30th day of August 1957, 14th day of August 1958, 14th day of October 1959, 26th day of May 1960, 18th day of November 1964†, which relate to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby revoked.
