A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of November 1972.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 1 rood 25.7 perches situated in Block VI, Waihi South Survey District, being part Lot 9, D.P. 8636L; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26637 (S.O. 44024) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of October 1972.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by orders dated the 16th day of November 1961, 24th day of March 1972, and 27th day of June 1972, to be road.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the State Services Act 1962, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Public Service Salary Order (No. 2) 1972.
(2) This order shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of October 1971.
- Salaries of members of State Services Commission—(1) The salaries payable to the members of the State Services Commission shall be as follows:

(2) The increment shall in each case be an annual increment.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Waitemata County Council to reclaim from Henderson Creek, Waitemata Harbour, an area of 9 acres, more or less, of Crown foreshore and seabed as a Public Reserve to be vested in the Waitemata County Council as shown edged red on plan M.D. 14804 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.
