Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested
in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School,
to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for
a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed
and discharged from every education trust affecting the same,
but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements
affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WHANGAREI COUNTY
LAND shown as reserve on D.P. 919, being part Waiwarawara
Block situated in Block VI, Ruakaka Survey District: area, 2
acres, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 87, folio 14.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area
vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a site for a
school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and
discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but
subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting
the same at the date hereof.

PART Lot 780, D.P. 19, being part subdivision A, Manchester
District, situated in Block XIV, Oroua Survey District: area,

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis
Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of
November 1972.
