Now, therefore, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, acting pursuant to the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1908, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby extend until the 13th day of October 1972 the time for submission of the said report, without prejudice to the continuation of the liberty conferred on you by the said Order in Council to report your proceedings and findings from time to time if you judge it expedient to do so, and hereby confirm the said Order in Council and the Commission thereby constituted, save as modified by these presents.

Given in Executive Council under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government this 18th day of September 1972.
