SCHEDULE

AN area in the County of Pahiatua, Wellington Land District. All that area in the Wellington Land District situated in Block I, Makuri Survey District, bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the right bank of the Tiraumea River and the left bank of the Manawatu River, being a point on the north-western boundary of a scenic reserve situated in Block I, aforesaid; thence south-easterly up the left bank of the Manawatu River to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 65, Block I, aforesaid; thence southerly generally to and along that boundary to the northern side of the Tiraumea Road; thence westerly along that road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 2A, Block I, aforesaid; thence south-westerly to and along that boundary and its production to the right bank of the Tiraumea River; thence down that bank to a point on the north-western boundary of a scenic reserve situated in Block I, aforesaid, being the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly shown on plan marked I.A. 52/385 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Vesting Reclaimed Land in Manukau City Council

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 175B (2) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests in the Manukau City Council the land described in the Schedule hereto, which land was authorised for reclamation by Orders in Council of 2 December 1963 and 28 April 1969*, such land to be vested as a recreation reserve pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of land in Block X, Rangitoto Survey District, North Auckland Land District, comprising 2 roods and 17 perches, being part old bed of the Tamaki River, as shown edged red on S.O. Plan 46939.

The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised to make such entries in his Register as are necessary to give effect to this order.
