Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 4th day of September 1972.

sepia, edged sepia.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the proclamation dated the 17th day of
November 1964 and published in Gazette, 10 December 1964,
Volume III, page 2300, registered as Proclamation No. S.
303404, South Auckland Land Registry, taking land for a
recreation ground, such land being no longer required.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 15th day of August 1972.

the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Gisborne
as from the date hereinafter-mentioned; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th
day of September 1972.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Sir
Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister
of Internal Affairs and the Minister of Lands (being the
Minister charged with the administration of the department
of State having the control of the land of the Crown affected
by this Proclamation), hereby revoke that part of the Pro-
clamation issued on the 3rd day of September 1957*, declaring
the area of land in the Wellington Acclimatisation District
described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge for
the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.
