A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Bay of Islands as from the date hereinafter-mentioned, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on or after the 4th day of September 1972.
