(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be ten dollars
($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall
be six dollars ($6); provided always that the Minister may
review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or
any subsequent year of the said term.

River, Taupo
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, the
Executive Officer, Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section,
Marine Department, acting under a delegation from the
Minister of Marine and Fisheries, pursuant to section 265A
of the aforesaid Act, hereby licenses and permits Kenneth
Leonard Hayman and Phillip Kennarth Andrews (hereinafter
called the licensees, which term shall include their administrators,
executors, or assigns unless the context requires a
different construction) to use and occupy a part of the
bed of the Waikato River at Taupo as shown on plan marked
M.D. 14650 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department
at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon
a boat ramp as shown on the said plan, such licence to be
held and enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

Licensing Hobson County Council to Occupy Sites for a
Wharf and Ferry Slip at Tikinui and Mooring Piles at
Greenhill, Wairoa River
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, the
Executive Officer, Harbours, Foreshores, and Pollution Section,
Marine Department, acting under a delegation from the
Minister of Marine and Fisheries, pursuant to section 265A
of the aforesaid Act, hereby licenses and permits Hobson
County Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term
shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires
a different construction) to use and occupy a part of
the foreshore and bed of the Wairoa River, Hobson County,
at Tikinui and Greenhill, as shown on plans marked M.D.
6880, M.D. 5745, and M.D. 6539 and deposited in the office
of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose
of maintaining thereon a wharf, ferry slip, and mooring piles
as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and
enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and
conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

day of December 1969.
(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be

year or any subsequent year of the said term.
