Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and

an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a
site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the
same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 2nd day of July
1969, published in Gazette, 7 August 1969, Vol. II, p. 1465,
and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as
No. 797237, taking land for the establishment and development of the Turangi Township in Block III, Pihanga Survey District, and Block X, Puketi Survey District, Taupo County, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
