HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to subsection (5) of section 30 of the Dairy Board
Act 1961, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
makes the following order.

ORDER

1. This order may be cited as the Dairy Board (Directors'
   Fees) Order 1967, Amendment No. 2, and shall be read
   together with and deemed part of the Dairy Board (Directors'
   Fees) Order 1967* (hereinafter referred to as the principal
   order).
2. Clause 2 of the principal order (as amended by clause 2
   of the Dairy Board (Directors' Fees) Order 1967, Amendment
   No. 1) is hereby further amended by adding the following
   paragraph:
   "(d) In respect of New Zealand Milk Products Incorporated,
   a company incorporated in the United States of
   America, a director's fee not exceeding US$1,000
   per annum."

Adding Land to and Excluding Land from Nelson Lakes
National Park

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares
that, as from the date hereof, the land described in the First
Schedule hereto shall be added to and form part of the Nelson

Lakes National Park, and shall hereafter be managed,
administered, and dealt with by the Nelson Lakes National
Park Board, in accordance with the provisions of the said
Act; and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto
shall, as from the date hereof, be excluded from the Nelson
Lakes National Park.
