Declaring Land in the Nelson Land District to be Crown Land
Subject to the Land Act 1948
PURSUANT to section 171 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, the Minister of Mines hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
THE land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—BULLER COUNTY
PART Section 1A, Square 143, situated in Block I, Ngakawau Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 74, folio 189 (limited as to parcels). Area, 1 rood and 7.76 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 8889L).
Also Section 5, Block I, Ngakawau Survey District: area, 2 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 8889L).
Save and excepting for Her Majesty the Queen all seams or beds of coal and all other minerals or metals and reserving to Her Majesty the Queen and all persons legally entitled to work the said coal, minerals, and metals, a right of ingress, egress, and regress under the said land.

Licensing the New Zealand Post Office, Christchurch, to Erect and Use Electric Lines
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby licenses the New Zealand Post Office, Christchurch, subject to the following conditions, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS

This licence is subject to compliance with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and all regulations made in amendment of or in substitution for any of those regulations.

The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraph (d) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, and shall be an alternating current system.

This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the expiration of a period of 21 years from the date hereof or until electricity is available from an electric power board or other public source of supply, whichever is the earlier.
SCHEDULE
ELECTRIC lines commencing from the licensee’s generator and proceeding in a north-easterly direction to a search light. All being situated in Section Q2, Block II, Oropuke Survey District, in the County of Chatham Islands, as shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 846 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF “INFECTED AREA” IN RESPECT OF PINE NEEDLE BLIGHT (Dothistroma pini)
PURSUANT to the Forest Disease Control Regulations 1967, I, Allan Priestley Thomson, Director-General of Forests, Wellington, hereby amend the Declaration of Infected Area in respect of the forest disease pine needle blight (Dothistroma pini) that came into force on the 5th day of September 1967, as published in the Gazette of the 21st day of September 1967 and amended first by an amendment that came into force on the 23rd day of November 1967, as published in the Gazette of the 14th day of December 1967, and secondly by an amendment that came into force on the 5th day of March 1969, as published in the Gazette of the 27th day of March 1969, as follows:
