Officers Authorised to Take and Receive Statutory Declarations
PURSUANT to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957,
His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to
authorise the holders for the time being of the offices in the
service of the Crown, specified in the Schedule below, to take
and receive statutory declarations under the said Act.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 15) 1972
Pursuant to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 15) 1972.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. -
Goods of the classes specified in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are
hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations. -
The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second
Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.
