Agreement for Grant of Right of Way in Favour of Hermanus Arnoldus Teklenburg Over Land in the Borough of Putaruru, Taken for Maori Housing Purposes, Assented to

WHEREAS by a declaration dated 26 January 1972, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 3 February 1972, No. 9, p. 219, an easement of right of way was taken for Maori housing purposes over an area of 7.2 perches, being part Lot 16, D.P. 34651;

And whereas Hermanus Arnoldus Teklenburg is entitled to compensation in respect of the taking of the said easement of right of way;

And whereas the Minister of Works has agreed to grant to the said Hermanus Arnoldus Teklenburg a right of way over all that piece of land containing 7.2 perches situated in Block X, Patetere North Survey District, Borough of Putaruru, being part Lot 7, D.P. S. 12755, shown coloured yellow on plan M.O.W. 25838 (S.O. 46524);

And whereas the said Hermanus Arnoldus Teklenburg has agreed to accept such grant of right of way in full satisfaction of the said compensation;

Now, therefore, the Minister of Works hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 97 of the Public Works Act 1928, that he assents to the agreement hereinbefore referred to.
